Order placed beginning of May 2023, still not received. I have emailed the Support Centre which responds now and again. At first it was delays because order had to be fulfilled from overseas because of demand, then the courier company, ad then I'll follow up and get back to you. My final request was for a refund which had to routed to higher up, and when I request an update there's silence. Shocking service.
So I booked an Uber trip from Bassonia to Sandton today, I confirmed the trip based on the price quoted. Arrive in Sandton, rate the driver and add tip. Next thing I see the charge is adjusted by R75 on transaction coming through my bank app - how is this possible, it's not acceptable that the price be increased without the passenger being made aware. And no reason on the receipt. I tried getting hold of Uber to get a response but the App is so unfriendly ito options to select. Shocking!!!!!!!
As a property seller, with the buyer financing the property through Investec - shocking experience. The bond has been approved, property ready to be lodged yet the Bond Attorneys are still waiting on Investec to release the funds. This has been the same story for the past 2 weeks - each call gets the same response, Investec have requested another document, another signature, another stamp ......... No urgency, no rush, only at their pace. My advice to any home seller where the buyer is financing through Investec - don't accept the offer, you're better off waiting!!!!
I have 2 Samsung digital inverter aircons that were fitted in March 2020, I'm trying to find a service provider in the Sandton area to come out and service - going onto the Samsung website I cannot find a store in the area, then I get given the name of a service provider based in the Randburg / Fourways area. They in turn tell me to contact a service agent, number provided are in Pretoria and Kempton Park. Is there nobody in the Sandton area that services Samsung products. This is definitely the last time I will be Samsung!!!!!!
On 21st March I bought a number of items from Coricraft, Design Quarter, where 2 chairs were taken on the same day, a 4 seater dining room suite to be delivered on 2nd April and 2 high back chairs on order. When I was presented with the invoice I noted that all items had a planned date of 11th May, I queried it immediately and was reassured it was a system default however my request was noted on the system and confirmed.. By midday on 2nd April I had received no telephone confirming delivery so I phoned the store - the person on the other side was confused as nothing reflected on their system, she said she would follow up with the warehouse and get back to me. An hour later I get a call from the warehouse saying they had been requested to fulfill a delivery request and would Monday afternoon be okay (6th April), absolutely not because I was away and secondly the delivery date had been confirmed on day of purchase. I called the store again and asked to speak to the supervisor or store manager and then was handed over to Alecia. Well Alecia promised to look into at and get back to me - really, still waiting for the call. As far as I'm aware the store was open over the weekend.
