I was approached by one of your field agents to sign up for free vouchers, I was quite adamant that I wasnt interested but he wouldnt let me go saying why wouldnt I want free vouchers, I said to him there wont be any debit orders coming off and he said no, only to find a debit order coming off my bank account today, he must of verified the Debicheck which is *****!! I phoned your call centre only to be sold that I cant get my money back, I had to cancel within 5 days!! how can I cancel something I didnt know I had!! I am most disgusted and I can see this has happened to alot of people already
My husband and I traded in almost 2 brand new cars in December 2024 and got sold 2 dud cars. My husband had to eventually give his car back to stop the back and forth of endless **** and poor workmanship from the mechanics they use. My car is still almost a year later still going in for constant repairs. Steve offered to swop out my car but now that it’s costing so much money to fix he has gone back on his word. His own staff members admitted to my car been sent back to me with problem's still. The mechanics have sent my car back to me with my engine cover broken and parts lose in the engine, another time they sent my car back to me with a Broken pipe in the boot and said nothing aswell
I'm so disgusted with vitality baby, my 10% babies r us discount is not working, last week I went to purchase my baby travel system and camp cot only to be told my 10% discount code is invalid. So I walked out the shop got in touch with discovery the next day and they said they would look into it. A few days later I get an email to say the code is active..so today I go back into the store to purchase the items again only to be told.again that the code is invalid. So on two Occasions I have been made a fool of because it's not working!!! I call into the call.centre to sort it out right there and then and of course I can't be helped. It has to be logged again!! Its disgusting that you can put unnecessary stress on a pregnant woman!!
When one first finds out you are expecting it is meant to be a joyous occasion. You think to yourself I have my Medical aid I am covered. You go and look immediately what benefits I am entitled to. You search your plan, you get a Dr you supposed to use Only to find out when you go to the Gynae they don't submit straight to the medical aid which is fine. I paid them and sent my claim thinking its fine I am covered. Only to see that I am not been refunded by almost half of the claim. I phone discovery to find out why and they tell me oh your gynae charges out the medical aid rates. so I say but I checked on the app and this dr has a green tick. Only then to be told its a green tick for Hospital and not consultations and then when I ask then who should I use I get told oh wait the plan you are on doesn't have any specialists. Discovery has blantly not offered what they say they will. They say you are covered for 8 consultations for my plan, but I am not!! They should rather say we cover you for 8 consultations but only for a certain amount. We pay our premiums every month and it just seems every time you try to use the benefits you pay for they always try to find a way so that they don't have to pay out. Its not fair and you are liars!!
