Payment allocation
The amount of R1280 was paid on the 17.09.2021 to the virgin active nedbank account to pay off the amount in arrears, the membership was terminated nov 2020 however i have been informed that payment is still not reflecting. Kindly be advised that proof of payment has been sent

Activation of the Huawei P8 nano sim card
On the 7th of November 2015 at 9am I was at the Mtn westgate mall in roodeport shop number 105 and 155 to activate my nano sim card for my Hauwei p8 phone. I was referred to four different consultants who had admittedly has no knowledge on how to do a sim swap, how much a nano sim card cost and basic product knowledge. After being in the store for almost a hour nobody was willing to assist and no managers were available.
