Only promises, stay clear of company.
I've walked a long road with Sheldon and Elite Renewable Solutions, which unfortunately wasn't a great experience. Yes, his installation was well done and he did notify me regarding tampering happening with my installation by intruders while being on holiday as well as subsequently fixing it. My problem with Sheldon is that he hasn't delivered my SSEG and COC certifications, which is required by City of Cape Town as well as SARS for claiming for installed solar systems. He has made only promises regarding getting this done with no action taken at all. Reading other reviews it seems like I'm not the only one struggling with this company and will have to hand the issue over to a lawyer now for further actions.

No COC and SSEG registration delivered
Sheldon and his team did a decent installation at my property in Cape Town but are yet to provide me with the required COC and SSEG registration documents, which required by the City of Cape Town and insurance companies. I've followed up with Sheldon a few times with promises it will be provided. He has now stopped responding to my messages. I'm at risk with both the City of Cape Town for a ******* installation as well as being uninsured due to documents outstanding.

Disappeared with my deposit and no cover.
Paid my deposit more than a month ago and now they've gone underground and unreachable. I used them based on recommendation but something clearly changed. I will be logging a case with SAPS later in the week around this so if anyone else have also logged a case please let me know so that it can be linked to the same case.
