Ordered two dresses and was promised a week to deliver. Two months later still nothing. Tracking order non existing. They say delivery free and then you get messages to pay customs and they constantly want your id for delivery purposes. They also take all your banking details and try to take more money from you. Be warned the clothes are from SHEIN and temu not any boutiques.
On 30000km my 3rd gear gave problems. They repaired it on thec45000km service. 10000Km later it started doing the same thing. After booking car in and them telling me there is no problem I drove off only to find the 3rd gear still grating. I contacted Chantelle and demanded they replace the box. She insisted they cant. I was then put through to Marcia who was totaly disrespectful and rude and unproffesional so much they i eventually said to her ill speak to someone else. Her reply was \"then do it. A car at 60000km already twice gearbox problem and all they can offer is a recon box. Who will accept this. I told her to refer it back to Hyundai SA and tell them I wont settle for anything less than a new gearbox. A week later and no reply of any sort. I asked for an apology the way Marcia treated me via my phonecall but no feedback either. I have a warranty repair policy but this seems to be of no use as im told they only fix and not repair.
