I have upgrades online in July 2024 and up until today I had no feedback from Mtn. It show upgrade was successful but nothing absolutely nothing. Phoning them does not help they tell you it a mistake on their side and that they will escalate but nothing been thru that process twice, spoke to Thapiso yesterday and again heart and mouth promise to get this sorted This is the most ridiculous unworthy unsatisfactory way of handling a customer Just take note I have a contract with them since 2011
My mom of 75 took out a contract 23 may 2021 she ask the assistant to please keep her current nr. This was not done. My mom how has trouble walking and hearing had to go back to have the done. We went back to kollonade last week 29 may 2021 not done on the 1st I took the phone to the Grove telkom got it done got called by met to say nr is up for porting. Up jntil now 19:+5 on Friday 4/6 the porting was not done we have called several times without success we have logged recalls not done. Just the very baddest service ever
I phoned Hillcrest Sorbet on 26/7/2015 to make myself a booking for a facial and tint the lady that answered the phone was very helpfull and made the appointment for Saterday 29/8/2015 at 15:00. When I got to the shop on saterday the two ladies were chatting with an additude and ignoring me, the ones phone rang where after the other one asssisted me but she could not find my booking anywhere, the other one got of the phone and started looking on the computer where she could also not find any booking, the they said that the lady that made the booking on wednesday was not there and that the booking was not done, and that they can't help me, they can maybe do my tint. I was very upset, if traveled from Wonderboom to Hillcrest for this appointment and then nothing, it was very bad customer service
We visited Die Withuis Restaurant yesterday. <br> Got served quickly with drinks and then it ended. I phoned to ask if we could get service.<br> Then the buffet main meal the chicken was still raw, brought it to the waiters attention, but the manager did not even pitch to explain or to say sorry, will never go there again or tell any one to go there
