I am simply appalled by the horrific service I just received now at Debonairs Pizza Wonderpark. I bought a pizza, then left while it was being prepared. When I came back to pick up my order, the cashier was mopping the floor a distance away from where I was standing to collect my order. She then mopped dirt onto my feet and apologised. I said it’s okay and kept it moving, while the other lady was busy picking up my pizza. The cashier mopped dirt onto my feet AGAIN and I was livid, told her she did that on purpose this time. Clearly your staff have zero decorum and respect for customers. I know for a fact that if I was a white lady she’d have had some sort of respect, or rather fear of reprieve for her actions. To add salt to the wound, when I reprimanded her, the rest of the staff who witnessed her actions all laughed. I have the service at that branch and will likely never be buying from there again
I cancelled my rain subscription on the 1st of April 2026 and was told it would run till the 1st of May since it’s paid forward. However , this has not been the case. For the past 2 days, day 3 today I have had no connectivity completely. What the **** is wrong with these people. This is another reason I’m leaving them.
The most amazing service I have ever received in my life and I’m not even exaggerating when I type this. I entered my details for a call back online, got called within literally 2 minutes. A fitness technician was arranged in the call, tracker was fitted within 3 hours of me having requested a call back. Everything was so fast and tailored to my pace of work excellent service I expect from companies. The staff are professional in a friendly manner too. This was the most seamless , “shut Thuli up because she’s fussy” service I have ever experienced. Thank you Cartrack, I believe I made the right choice giving you my coins.
Wonderpark is the worst place to get McDonalds. This morning I went to the drive through and got to the speaker thing and when the operator called eventually spoke to me, she was laughing while talking to me. I couldn’t even hear what she was saying because she was playing with her colleagues in the background. I asked her to repeat what she said and she was still laughing talking. I told her to stop giggling with her colleagues and act professionally, that’s when she stopped. Her name is Alphina Molebogeng Magalefa. If this very McDonalds isn’t asking me to park far away so they seem competent and fast at their drive though, it’s this unprofessionalism that they subject customers to.
I ordered from Debonairs Wondepark at 17:43pm and it’s 19:30 now….I am on the phone now with Katlego from the store and she told me the driver left with my food. ****en over 1 hour 45 minutes later and I am still waiting for Katlego to tell me where the driver is with my food that I was told would be delivered within 45 minutes ??!!!!!! **** this ****, I am fuming!!! If I knew I’d receive this **** service Id have rather went elsewhere to get food. Now my son is hungry here and I told him we’re waiting for pizza. His ****en bedtime is almost here and the ****en pizza is still not here!!!
In March this year, I got ****** with a knife while hiking, took my phone and some other belongings. I replaced my phone in April and decided to insure it as my ****** one was not insured. In June this year I went for a jog and got ****** again, 2 months after I’d insured my phone with Naked. I was so scared they wouldn’t help me out with my claim because one the pictures I had to upload wasn’t of the standard they’d requested on the app, but they reviewed my claim and replaced my phone. I had to pay 3K excess, but it was nothing compared to the trauma of getting ******. I know Naked Insurance is just a company, but what they did for my emotional wellbeing when they replaced my phone will forever have me grateful. Thank you Naked Insurance for securing me in my time of need. I’m gym bound with my workouts and still traumatized from crime and getting assaulted, but you showed up for me. Thank you, I will always be grateful. Be it all the times I’ve needed to be towed home because my car broke down or this case with my phone, thank you.
Horrible horrible service and this is the first time I use this company. They claimed my order was out for delivery on the 23rd of April, I waited and it never came. I called them to change my address knowing I won’t be at work on Friday and waited for over 30 minutes trying to get through till I opted for a call back. Nobody called me back till today. This morning their courier claims he’s delivering my package where I am not because I’m off sick. Now I can’t even track my parcel on the system. What **** service !!!!!
It appears the only way to get Mix telematics to do **** is to put the on Hellopeter. After having being sold a product they don’t have, cancelling, then removing the tracker from my car, billing me for what I don’t have and ****ing up my credit score in the process, they are still calling me and sending me texts that I owe them. All of this after Caroline Madube called and sent me an email apologizing for MIX TELEMATICS incompetence, saying they will cancel the service they continue to claim they give me, I still get calls from this **** company and their **** employees instead of clearing my credit record with ITC. **** this company!!!! I’ve opened a case with the Ombudsman and will deal with them that way since they continue to prove incompetence !!!!
There aren’t enough negative stars for how much I hate mix ****en telematics/matrix beame!!!!! This is the 3rd complaint I have about them. Initially, sharon pillay sold me a tracking device with a panic button that I agreed to but she knew they had no panic button in stock . I only learnt this after they fit the tracker and the man handed me an email from September saying they don’t have panic buttons at the moment. Tracking device sold to me in OCTOBER/NOVEMBER. They wanted to debit me a full amount for what they don’t have. They gave me trouble with taking their device, till we parted ways and I paid 250 rands to have their device removed from my car. Now??!!! After all this ****, I have NO DEVICE or anything of theirs, they continue to call my ****en phone and debit my account with different amounts that I keep having to dispute and STOP !!!! I ****en hate this company so much, there will never be a time when I have anything good to say about them. Stop debiting my ****en account!!!! It’s time I took them to the ombudsman because clearly they’re running a desperate Mickey Mouse company where they don’t communicate that I am NOT their ****en customer !!!!!
Refer to below complaint from the 13th of November. Since then, this company has been harassing me every week for payment and went to the extent of debiting my account even though I sent a proper cancellation email to them. I am giving them the end of this week to sort out their mess and cancel this stupid account I do not want before I lay a complaint with the ombudsman, 6 weeks has passed for them to have cancelled this ******** contract, but I’m giving them 1 more week and it’s straight to the cleaners. On the 2nd of Nov I got a call from Sharen Pillay selling me a tracking device with a panic button for R200, which I agreed to. We then proceeded to arrange installation of said device, but after installation the man handed me an email from September 2024 saying Matrix does not have panic buttons at the moment. It made no sense for me to pay for a service I do not have, so I cancelled them and they now claim I owe them, which I won’t pay and will be taking them to task for. In what world does it make sense for me to pay for what they never gave me????!!!! I was willing to cancel and rejoin when they can actually fulfil their end of the agreement, but they’re full of ****!!! I am going to another tracking company, **** Mix telematics.
