milkshakes always not available!
My children and I qued for 30 minutes on drive thru waiting to place an order. i mean really i didn't want to go inside to order for drivetrought suppose to be faster! not at Florida branch.The next thing we were told that the milkshakes is still not available. I mean we spent our time hoping that we will get what we want. Im very much disappointed and i think that i wasted that my time for absolutely nothing. The Mcdonald's branch is so useless.

CHARGE FOR ITEM NOT PURCHUSED
i bought a jolly jumper on the 25the of april 2015 at baby city alberton. I never checked my slip as i didn't expect something to be wrong as the security at the door also checked the slip. As the time goes by a decided to take the jolly jumper back for a refund and saw on the slip that theres a item on that i never bought but I PAY FOR IT!!! i asked the manager if he still can check on the security footage he replied that the footage kept only for 1 month. The manager told me they will count the stock to see if there is extra of the item ridiculous to say that there would be extra stock. It is unexecptable to pay R469 for something you did not buy....
