Poor choice of delivery partnerships
You need to look for a new delivery partner. I was approved for a new contract and then RAM let you down horribly. I received an sms from RAM on Friday that they will be delivering on Firday, this after I was told next week by yourselves. Naturally I could not take time off from work so quickly so delivery was not effected on Friday. I was reassured that delivery would take place on Monday and I arranged a days leave for Monday only to sit here the entire day and still no delivery. I phoned RAM several times during the course of the day and was told each time that I would be contacted. At 13:30 I was told a driver would be dispatched at 15:00 which also did not happen. I followed-up for the umpteenth time at 16:10 and was then told that delivery would not take place today. ]I'm done with this rubbish. Cancel the contract as your inept delivery partner could not manage a **** up in a brewery.

Worse than the SA post office.
Utterly disgusting. After not delivering on Friday I was promised not to worry that delivery will take place on Monday. I then arrange to a day off on Monday and then sit here all day waiting for delivery, phoning several times during the day to follow-up and each time I am told someone will contact me. Then at 13:30 I phone again and am told a driver will be dispatched at 15:00 which also did not happen. Then I follow-up again at 16:11 and am told that delivery won't happen today. Pathetic!!!! And completely unacceptable. I will be cancelling my Vodacom contract thanks to you hopeless bunch of inept *****s.

Dishonest agents
Hi. Whatever you do, DO NOT use these people for rentals. They will not refund your deposit and instead will rather go out of their way to try and steal as much from you as possible. They are putrid at following up issues that the landlord must attend to and if you complain then you as tenant are the one that is being ridiculous. They will repeatedly try and bill you for things that are not for your account and each time, oh, sorry, we will rectify. You need to double-check everything. Be warned!!!
