The process was smooth from loading to the website, courier collection, notifications on location of device. The issue that I faced was having to deal with two people (neither knowing that progress updates/responses had already been communicated). I also feel that the 'automated' responses received at times gave the dealing with your company a feeling of being '****med'. This could be improved upon. Overall a pleasant experience and a fair offer was made.

I've been trying for MONTHS to cancel my home WiFi account. I've emailed, I've phoned, I've sent messages on the website, I've been into a store! NOBODY has responded. I'm going to take this further if this appears on my credit record as I've tried every option I can to get a final balance on this account to settle and close.
