Debit Order Disputes not rectified. Its been a month waiting for feedback, i called FNB bank ref: RG ********** 760781 and emailed, submitted forms on email. Physically went to Carlswarld branch on 31/03/18 filled another form for the reversals and was a told within 24 hours they will be reversed. Since then i still havent heard from them. Today i called to follow up. The lady could not assist and was advised to give them another week. Its frustrating that i have been waiting for this long and filling out forms for nothing, and it doesn't look like any action has been done since i have queried this fraud debit orders. Following the above i personally went to Carlswarld branch and spoke to the manager, she seemed to recall the conversation but insisted that if she was part of the emails then she would be able to assist and gave me her email address and start the applications and all the comms with her... *** her email i was given is ********** FNB seems not be concerned about their service, i knew this was not quick process and was patient enough to wait but somewhere along the way, no communication or follow up on their side. :(
I have worked with Mike Mampeule who is the owner or Manager. I assisted them with creating their brand as creative. I did all the collateral as agreed. My issue came when it came to payment. They are using my some of my designs with outstanding payments. I have emailed Mike and his partner Vuyo that they cannot legally use my designs without payment. i was patient enough to wait until they are operational they would pay me back. Mike confronted me and threatened me to extend of going to my old job to get me fired for doing freelance for him. I just want to say to all Creatives out there do no deal with Mike Mampeule. If you do get payments first before the job. He does not have respect for creatives and the amount of time it takes and later on pay you once you have assisted him.

<p>I have applied for failer to comply twice, further for a garnishing/attachment of salary. Its been 2months waiting for any response. I have contacted and sat down with maintaince manager Rodah seeking advice on a way foward and garnishing order its been two months without any response which lead my child to be expelled from school from missing school fees payments. Every time i go to court, there is lack urgency from magistrates and maintance officers.</p>
STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND ON AIR TICKETS I BOUGHT IN DEC 2015. I SUBMITTED A REFUND FORM AND CALLED BUT NO RESPONSE TILL NOW. SKYWISE SERVICE IS KAK!!!
