Webafrica seems like the most stable isp around. I have been with other ones before and I have far less issues with Webafrica. Aside from that, when I do have issues, they are quick to send technicians or help you on their portal. I haven't had one day of bad service with them.
Please for the love of all that is holy, stop calling me! I contacted you to get a quote for a friend, which I told you. I am not interested in your insurance, yet you call me up to 14 times a day. This is really bordering on harassment. I have told the people that called, I have contacted your call center and yet I cannot get you to leave me alone. I have blocked COUNTLESS of your numbers and you just call me from a different one 0.3 seconds later. I have insurance already, I do not want your insurance. Stop calling me!!!!!!!
I recently had an issue making a payment on the app and their customer support was so patient and helpful in getting it sorted. As it turned out, the issue was on my side (I had a VPN on) but they were willing to work through and try troubleshoot with me. Thank you to Kanyisa M. You are a star!
I have just had such a disappointing experience with Star Hiring. I was trying to hire items from them to use for an event and while you can order online, there is nothing about dates that you are actually hiring on. I attempted to contact them via email, phone and whatsapp - none of which were answered or responded to. I eventually told them I was going with someone else, and only then did they respond. I told the person dealing with them that I was not happy with the way I was assisted and that I would be taking it further, only to be told "I must do what makes me happy". Clearly they do not need business.
