Our miniature schnauzer had a mast cell tumour removed earlier in the year. Her R front leg eventually had to be amputated and she suffered kidney failure. One Plan has been SO good to us. Reimbursing us for hospital costs (we are on the Hospital plan). The service we receive from Johan Geldenhuys is totally amazing! Thank you for excellent service One Plan!

They responded the very next day after contacting them via Fbook. Danny Amarel came out to our house to do an inhouse inventory survey. His professionalism and advice was excellent! We moved from Brakpan to Port Alfred and their removal cost was very affordable. They offer a packing service which we used for our kitchen breakables. Once again their workers, Paul and Fitwell, did an excellent job!! On removal day, the team was well organised and on time. They helped us tremendously!!! A special word of thanks to PAUL and LLOYD. We would have been lost without them. Our furniture was safely offloaded at our storage facility at the time given by Lloyd. WE STRONGLY recommend AB MOVERS!!! Thanks guys for your excellent service.

I ordered 2 bottles of perfume from Takealot. They delivered 2 totally different perfumes than what I ordered. My problem is that 1 bottle is for my niece's birthday tomorrow. I promised her this perfume. Now I have to break my promise because of Takealot's poor service! Two months ago Takealot sent me a shower shelf when I ordered a book!!! Surely Takealot should ensure that their employees can read!!!
I made a purchase through Snatcher on 12 August 2022. The amount of R561,74 went through my ABSA credit card. No confirmation or order nr was received from Snatcher. I contacted them online and Andile Mncube asked me to send proof of payment sms which I sent. On 15 August I enquired again via e-mail and she asked me to send proof of transaction on my statement. I forwarded this to her as well. I phoned ABSA card enquiring about 'unprocessed' below card transaction. They explained that the transaction has gone through successfully and that SNATCHER has to BANK the amount. I forwarded that information to SNATCHER via e-mail. I have enquired twice via e-mail about paying that amount back into my credit card. I have not received feedback in this regard.
This is the first time today that we experienced bad service from Sixty60. My delivery was scheduled between 11:00-12:00. It is now 12:40... no word from them. Their call centre says they have a problem at Mall@Carnival branch. Surely they could have informed me!!

Giving you extra e-mail advice on a regular basis. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable with top of the range technology. We have been happy and loyal customers of Builders Warehouse for many years! Last week was the 1st time that I ordered online from Builders Express Sunward Park. #WIN. I ordered lintels and birdseed on 26 August 2021. It was delivered on Friday, 27 August - after I was phoned by them to confirm whether I was home. Then the delivery guy helped me get lintels at the required spot. What excellent service! Thank you and well done.
I have been using Checkers 60/60 continually for the last 4 months. Branch: CARNIVAL MALL in BRAKPAN. Thank you for their excellent service! I always receive the correct products, or my chosen alternatives in the right time slot. The App works extremely well!! I wait for them at my gate as I know exactly when they are arriving - due to GPS tracking. The drivers are friendly and follow my instructions. I think the efficiency of Checkers 60/60 depends on the management of each individual store.
