I have placed and paid for an order of around R2000 on 27 July 2022 and I am still waiting (2022-08-24) to receive it. There is absolutely no response when I try to follow up/track the order
I have ordered the inner and outer glass for an under-counter Defy oven. I have supplied the model number, which I do understand is a critical item, when ordering such. The parcel arrived fairly soon after I have transferred the money, but alas, it was the wrong glass (both). I have subsequently tried to contact them, via e-mail, on numerous occasions, but I have been completely ignored. I have also advised them that I will be contacting HelloPeter, but still no reaction was forthcoming.
I received a sms regarding my claim about a month ago, but the service provider still have not received any notification from Budget. I have contacted the supplier twice. I have sent 4 emails to Budget and all I get is an automated response. The Budget web-site is practically non-existent, as one can not lodge a complaint. I am in the process of moving all my vehicles to another company where I might get better service, even if I have to pay more. I have looked at other complaints about Budget and it is shocking to say the least!
