You will be ripped of...guaranteed.
I ordered boots, gloves and denim on 8 June 2024. On 12 July 2024, they eventually sent the order after numerous false promises. On arrival, I noticed that the denim is khaki and the boots are a cheap substitute. Going on two months, I am yet to receive anything but lies. On two previous occasions, I have had issues with wrong shipments and bad communication, but it was resolved every time. This order was the last for me. Safepro does not have a single staff member who has done anything but lie to me.

Beware of Safepro and their pathological layers. It's all a **** and if you really get some good for upfront money, these goods are ****** from importers and others safepro has taken 6m plus rand of us. Beware.

Bad service from safepro Wynberg
Company hasn't refunded nor delivered goods purchased last December 2023 even after numerous emails, WhatsApp and calls. They said they refunded but cannot furnish me with proof thereof. Useless and ****** who shouldn't be operating.

My client is waiting for the rest of their stock, but SAFEPRO does not come back to me regarding the wrong stock sent and the stock which they OWE me. No Communcation
one of the worst company to order from. After they have taken your money through online purchase, placed order on 28 Aug 23 received wrong product on 30 Jan 2024 since then no response, no feedback. even after calling the company several times still no feedback. very disappointing

The worst company to deal with. Trying to support our local businesses in cape Town. What a ****** mistake. After a full month of promises and LIES and bull ****ting me around forced me to take a knock on a tender which costed me a huge loss in my business revenue. No apologies no remorse none what so ever. Even after I requested my money back lies continued. Got my money though however aonth later after I was promised my goods will be delivered between 7-10bworking days. What a damn mistake I made trying to support local. Ppl stay away

Terrible Customer Service
SafePro, Cape Town have been terrible. They shipped the order without boots and gloves that were paid for. A month latter, several phone calls to Keano in their shipping department, full of promises but still the full order is yet to be shipped. be WARNED they have terrible customer service!
