Yet another online South African Company of *******!!! I bought and paid for a Garret handheld metal detector from these idiots on the 20th of February 2025. I have been sending them e-mails on a regular basis trying to find out when I will receive my metal detector, but the only feedback that I do receive from these people is a read receipt. Since last week I have been unable to log into their website, there is also no phone numbers to reach them that currently is in working order???? Please do not buy anything from these ********s as they will only take your money and not deliver anything. I Whish there was a way that online businesses could be properly vetted so that customers could stop loosing money due to ******** *****sters like Metal Detectors SA.

' I BOUGHT AN PAID FOR 3 X CHAIRS R8,697.00 FROM THEM, TWO WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED THE WRONG CHAIRS AND THEY WHERE VERY BADLY DAMAGED, CRACKED AND THE UPHOLSTERY TORN. I PHONED AND MESSAGED THEM NUMERIOUS TIMES NOW AFTER THEY PROMISED TO REFUND ME, BUT THE IDIOT (FUR-ISRAEL K MOHLALA) NOW REFUSE TO SPEAK TO ME NOR DOES HE ANSWER MY MESSAGES. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT AND OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS AS THEY ALSO HAVE THE AFRICAN DISEASE WHERE THEY EXPECT HARD WORKING CUSTOMERS TO PAY THEM FOR DOING NOTHING
I wish I could give these people negative 9999999 stars, but I doubt it would make a difference. South Africa has become a country filled with unmotivated employees who aren’t even willing to complete the simple tasks they were hired for. The issue is that employees expect to be paid just for showing up, then want additional compensation for actually doing their jobs! Take Gideon Botha, my so-called "broker" from the Bloemfontein Outsurance Branch. Over the past three years, he hasn’t shown up for any of the three appointments I scheduled to discuss urgent changes to my business and private policies. Whenever I call, he doesn’t answer because he’s either on leave or dealing with personal issues—further confirming my concerns about the lack of professionalism among employees at Outsurance and beyond. I called their head office today to lodge a complaint and asked the representative what I should do next. Should I find another insurance company or is there another broker who might actually be willing to help? She promised that their General Manager would phone me immediately so that we might resolve this matter once and for all, but yet again no one phone , e-mailed me or tried in any way to assist me in this regard, thus leaving me only one choice, find a new insurance company that is actually willing to assist their paying customers.
What a utter useless company, I currently have 7 vehicles fitted with a "Tracking unit" as well as dash cams from Tracker, but cant login to their mobile app or online profile. When I could still login to their online platform I was unable to download and print tracking reports for any of my vehicles, thus rendering this so called service useless. I have made numerous calls and send various e-mails to their Bloemfontein Branch, but no one their has helped me or revered back to me so that this matter can be resolved. Today after more than a week of fighting one of their technicians finally came to my property to remove the incorrect tracking unit that was installed two weeks again by the Bfn Branch and installed a new tracking unit, but yet again I am unable to log in to see if it is indeed working or not??? They also today only rectified an incorrect installation in my truck that was installed incorrectly in January 2020, these people are utterly useless and I wont recommend anybody in SA using them. Businesses are forced to install tracking units in their vehicles, but what is the use when I as the owner of the business cant even log in and see where my vehicles are??? I have also not received any invoices for the monthly debit order of R3,140.41 for the last three years now and had to ask and beg them again last week just to finally receive the 2024 invoices. Tracker is truly a waste of time and money, I am going to cancel all subscriptions with them as they are not worth the trouble.
<div>BEWARE of SAFEPRO! I've placed an order with them for approximately R250K, they've sent the wrong stock and extra stock which I did not purchase. My client is waiting for the rest of their stock, but SAFEPRO does not come back to me regarding the wrong stock sent and the stock which they OWE me. This is the last time I will ever do business with them again. I would not recommend anyone to make use of them. I have called several times and each time they have an excuse to why Faldie cannot speak to me. They don't return my e-mails. SAFEPRO, you should be ashamed!!</div>

THEY ARE TRULY THE WORST COMPANY TO TRY AND DO BUSINESS WITH, I HAVE ORDERED AND PAID FOR STOCK WITH THEM ON 09/01/2023 AND HAVE EVER SINCE BEEN PHONING THEM AS WELL AS BEEN SENDING THE ONE EMAIL AFTER THE OTHER, BUT NONE OF THEIR INCOMPETANT STAFF EVER GETS BACK TO ME. THEY KEEP ON MAKING EMPTY PROMISES TO GIVE ME MY STOCK, BUT AS OF YET NOTHING HAS HAPPEND. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE IDIOTS AS THEY ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN!!!!!!!
I have been dealing with The Courier Guy for about a year now and in the beginning they where really reliable, but as of late the SA bug (Incompetent idiots that want money for doing nothing) has overwhelmed their whole business and all of their staff. (From the guy washing the floors all the way to top management). I sent 3 x boxes to a customer of mine in the Northern Cape on Friday 28/10/2022 the staff at the Bfn depot promised me that these 3 boxes would be delivered to my customer the Monday morning 31/10/2022 These absolute ignorant & incompetent idiots then proceeded to send my 3 boxes that I have already paid them for all across SA for the next two weeks, thus my customer never received his much needed stock in time, that was especially manufactured for them. This in turn caused them to fail an audit and then cost me a great customer that I have been dealing with for 10 years now. These useless *******s then also "Lost" another 5 x parcels of mine that was sent to the wrong address. Their INCOMPETENT staff even cancel waybills correctly filled in by us and then proceed to write new waybills with the wrong delivery address on and then charge you even more money to rectify their "Mistakes" While I am typing this so called "Review" I again realize that I am in effect only wasting more precious time because ever since 1994 this Country has absolutely gone the dogs because it was given to the dogs by us South Africans who now complain about this very fact. South Africans have no sense of pride for their jobs or self respect left an no one is willing to do the job that they are getting paid for to do, irrespective of race, color or creed. God help us all, because the majority of people in SA are not fit to push a broom, let alone mange other peoples valuables.

MY CUSTOMER HAS ALREADY CANCELLED THEIR ORDER WITH ME, DUE TO THE ABSOLUTE INCOMPATANCE OF BUFALLO EXPRESS??? YET ANOTHER USELESS "SOUTH AFRICAN COMPANY' FILLED WITH INCOMPETANT STAFF. PHONING THEM ALSO DOES NOT HELP, BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN NUMBER 30 IN LINE WITH AN APPROXIMATE WAITNING PERIOD OF 90 MINUTES FOR THE LAST WEEK

I HAVE SENT ANOTHER E-MAIL NOW REQUESTING MY STOCK, BUT YET AGAIN LEONI MARE THE SO CALLED "SALES EXECUTIVE"FROM OFFICE STOCK ONLY RESPONDES BY SAYING THAT THEY HAVE ARRANGED COLLECTION FOR MY CABINETS FROM THEIR SUPPLIER, BUT THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO SUPPLY ME WITH ANY DETAILS OF THE COURIER, SUCH AS THEIR CONTACT DETAILS AND OR THE WAYBILL NUMBER? I AM ALSO NOT ABLE TO COLLECT THE STOCK WITH MY OWN COURIER. THUS LEAVING TO BELEIVE THAT THIS IS YET ANOTHER SCAMMER NON EXISITING COMPANY THAT ONLY STEAL FROM PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE TO UTTERLY USELESS TO WORK FOR THEIR MONEY LIKE THE REST OF US. These guys only take your money and keep on making empty promises, dont attempt to buy anything from them!!!!!!! I bought 4 x very expensive tyres from them on the 18th of November 2021 and still havent received them. Thomas Rundle presumably the owner of this so called establishment keep on promising me week after week that he is going to send my tyres and that I should just be patient, but he has already spent my money and does not intend to honor any agreement made to me or any of the other hundreds of dissapointed customers swindled out of our hard earned money. Please do not do business with tyres.co za as you will only get robbed.
