Pathetic to say the least as I said before this is a money making business who doesn't care about a client's request and will keep you hanging not providing feedback to take money from your accounts even though you've cancelled services with them.
Assurance Credit Clearance is suppose to be assisting in clearing your name if you are under debt review but they want to make money out of consumers under the guise of assisting. Why would they charge a R9 695.00 fee if you are already struggling. They must stop lying to consumers and be upfront. They are trying to ******* already struggling people who is trying to get out of debt. After initial contact no one replies to emails or whattsapp or messages. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. *****!!!!!!
I placed an order with WISH on 10 February 2022. Order send to incorrect Post Office and there Customer Service Agent don't seem to understand that I stay in Bonteheuwel and not Brackenfell. Wish do not want to refund me. Regards Samantha Isaacs
My daughter's contract expired end February 2020. Since applying for UIF she only received 2 payments and no feedback is given when she emails them as they only get back to you after a month. The service that you receive is pathetic and the telephone numbers listed they do not bother to answer. How is it possible that it take so long to reply to an email and I know they will use the COVID 19 pandemic as an excuse but is those employee's more important than the other.
Post Office in Mill Street - trying to phone them for a month on 0214651013 no answer for a month to find out if my parcel was there. It's so frustrating that those employd there have a job where others are struggling to get a job. Is it so hard to pick up the phone when it rings. Disgusted state owned business. Emailed customer service on 06 August 2019 only for them to only reply back a month later 09 September 2019. Bad service
