I had a fantastic experience with Brands Megastore. Ordering through their website was quick and easy, and their customer service was outstanding. I spoke to a friendly and helpful consultant over the phone, and to my surprise, my order was delivered the very next day! It’s rare to come across such efficiency—highly impressed and will definitely shop here again.
Placed my order on a Friday and received it on Monday straight after the weekend! Great price and love the quality of the foundation!
I recently adopted a kitten from a rescue organisation and wanted to add her to our policy as we have an older boy already on. I was helped by Zoey Tiberio who gave me amazing service! Friendly helpful and very patient with me and my questions. She even listened to me tell her stories about my furbabies. Won't go anywhere else
I recently purchased several items on Superbalist for my children including a bikini set each. Got my delivery today and saw it was incomplete. The one bikini set was delivered with only the bikini top and not the bottom. As this was a sale item and, as of lunch time today (as per consultant who helped me over the phone said), sold out, they cannot help me locate a complete set but can do a R99 refund on the item once I book it as a return. This is not the first time they got it wrong but they just keep telling me its beyond their control or that it’s the warehouse packing team that got the order incorrect. In April this year I also had a problem when returning an item - whereby I selected that it be refunded to my Credit Card (used for the purchase). After seeing no refund reflecting in my account I called in only to be told they put the refund onto my "wallet" on their store meaning I could use it for another online purchase. After explaining that I booked the refund to my credit card I had to email them my banking details which would take several days to clear. December last year I purchased printed handbags for my children for Christmas with a mermaid on them - due to stock levels they had split the delivery into 2. They sent me the incorrect print with the first delivery and when I queried the mermaid bags I had ordered they said there weren't any left so they could offer me a refund. I then asked that they please make sure that the second delivery had the mermaid bag to which they said it was reflecting as part of my order. When I received the delivery, it was again the incorrect print. Followed up with the call center who just said that meant that they had no stock. As it was so close to Christmas I kept the bags. I do quite a bit of online shopping and don't have this problem with other online retailers. They couldn't even offer me a similar bikini as a replacement.
White pages contacts me explaining they need to update my details on their system. Claiming it is a free service to update the details. I request an email. Email comes through: "Kindly ensure that the above attachment is completed with current contact information for your company. Should you require adding or correcting any information you may do so on the attachment before sending via fax or email. Completed document to be sent to: whitelistings@telkomsa.net". I then see the document which has our company partial details completed. I complete the outstanding information and see it states "Free Service: SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to be listed on Google". Thinking that this is the free service the consultant was talking about. I then take note of the terms and conditions which is literally a third of the size of the original text on the document - stating something about a 12 month contract fee. I then send my document but in the email request confirmation that this is a free service: "Good morning, Attached is the updated and signed form. Could you please confirm that this is a free service and not chargeable?..." This morning I get a call wanting to find out if I got the invoice for the outstanding amount and when we will pay?!??!!??! I said no the details were provided under the presumed free service which I requested them to confirm as it was conflicting information. She said i had to pay a cancellation fee of over R3k????? The document was completed under false pretences. Is this a new tactic for Telkom to get money from the public? Sell them a free service, then say the fine print states it’s not free, ONLY one part of it is free (Which is clearly stated on the document) the SEO. If customer is distressed as it was sold to them as a free service then charge them an exhorbant cancellation fee???
