Mototech Autobody Panel Beaters in Half Way House - Excellent Service, helped to collect and deliver vehicle, kept me up to date on repairs regularly, ensured that my battery did not go flat during repairs, repaired a scratch that the Assessor was arguing was there prior to the accident when it was not, polite and courteous. Can recommend their services.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL- On Thurs 21 November I contacted Alan Levy to book an appointment regarding Sectional Title issues, they sent me forms to complete and requested a deposit of R3000. I paid said deposit and completed forms and they confirmed my appointment with them on Monday the 25th. Whilst I was on my way to the appointment they called me to enquire which Property Management Company was taking care of our complex, upon my response they said that there was a conflict of interest as the Property Management Company was also their client and that they had to cancel my appointment. I informed them that I had made arrangements to take time off work to attend to my appointment, solicited the services of Uber get to their office for which I now had to pay and enquired about a refund of my deposit. I sent an email with my bank details and received no response, upon calling they said they had sent me an SMS as they needed verified bank details before they could refund my deposit, no such SMS was received. I have now lost two days in which I could have solicited the services of another Attorney for an urgent matter, am still waiting for them to confirm if the verified bank details I have sent are now suffice for my refund of deposit, have had to ask them to please not correspond with me via SMS but via email and now may have to take more time out of the office to go to the bank for bank stamped banking details before I get a refund on my depost. One would think that a so called professional law firm would have confirmed conflict of interest upfront instead of causing such an inconvenience, waste of time and struggle for return of deposit.
Checkers Cresta Mall, their staff do not seem to adhere to safety are rude and have a bad attitude. This afternoon their fruit and veg section which has narrow isles had someone cleaning there, the isles were also full of unattended crates, customers were struggling to get through and could not get to shelves for stock that they wanted. On top of it two of them had a fat laugh when I was struggling to get through and had a lot so say in their own language when I accidentally bumped into a crate when trying to turn my trolly around. If you think safety is a joke and still want to be rude about it to customers, great, I used to be avid supporter of the store but will not shop there again. I managed to get what I needed from other retailers in the mall and their staff seemed to have way better training and attitude. You could also safely move through the isles to get what you needed.
