Their constant demands for documentation discourages clients and I have paid them since 2021 without an opportunity to claim. They fail to make claims easy, frustrating the clients, medical aid and hospital because documentation is repetitive, forcing me to cancel even before my first claim
I booked a return ticket via their app from jhb to durban on computicket. What appeared onscreen was intercape. The client complained that she had to leave an hour later in an unroadworthy taxi. With a very bad unreliable driver who never showed traffic police a drivers licence. I called computicket to complain severally and even sent an email and both were not answered The client complained again this evening when what arrived was yet another small taxi and they are overloaded to 20 in that small cold taxi When did computicket take over the taxi business? We are disgusted with the lack of service and lies sold online. Had we wanted a taxi, we know where to get them at a cheaper price. They need to explain and come public with the taxi industry take over so that passengers can make informed decisions, and where does intercape come in as an E20?
