I've received an email saying they are collecting thr outstanding debt on my Nedbank Credit Card. I don't have one.
After making an arrangement in January 2021 I have received to date a minimum of 3 to 4 calls a day, including a Saturday and once on a Sunday saying I have not paid, when I have. Have just spent 10 min on the phone doing another arrangement because it wasn't done on January. Asked for confirmation of this and was told that it can't be done. Am fully aware of my debt, and have been paying on a regular basis. Everyone else sends me a sms saying thank you for the payment, not MBD. Am now being threatened with additional charges and fees. Right now I feel like paying everyone else except them. At my age why would I want credit?
This rating should be a -5 star rating. SAGE Payroll has the worst back office system ever. I've been sending email after email, calling numbers that just keep on ringing. Was hoping that this had been sorted from 09 January 2019, when I received an email stating that the fee I've been charged is the minimum. My question is if one of my clients is being charged R110 for 5 employees, why am I being charged R200 for 1 employee? I will never recommend this payroll system to any of my clients ever again, in fact the ones I have converted I will find another cloud based payroll system for them to use and get them to change it.
