I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a pair of Hush Puppies school shoes I purchased last year from Perocili, the Glen branch. Within just a few months, the inner sole of the shoes developed holes, which I believe is unacceptable for a product of this quality. Upon noticing the defect, I returned the shoes to Perocili, where I was advised to leave them with the store while they escalated the matter to Hush Puppies. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I received no updates. Eventually, I was informed that Hush Puppies had agreed to replace the shoes, but that the replacement would only be possible once the specific size and model were available. Throughout this process, I had to repeatedly visit the store for updates, as neither Perocili nor Hush Puppies made any effort to contact me, despite their assurances. In December, I was unexpectedly informed that Hush Puppies would no longer be replacing the shoes, citing that the inner sole is not covered under their warranty. This contradicts their previous commitment and has resulted in a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I find this handling of the situation highly unprofessional and misleading. If a product is marketed as high-quality, then all its components should meet those standards. The inconsistency in communication and the reversal of the decision after months of follow-ups have left me extremely disappointed with both Hush Puppies and Perocili. I would appreciate a formal response addressing this issue and a reconsideration of the resolution

I dealt with Lucky from outsurance on my recent claim. Lucky was friendly, empathetic and professional from the 1st time I spoke to him. My claim was approved the same day I submitted it. In the times that we are living in where customer service is unfortunately not a priority for so many service providers Lucky went above and beyond to assist me, he restored my faith in the service industry.
