BELLBUOY GROUP, PORT ELIZABETH - BAD SERVICE DELIVERY New Horizon Village Homeowner Association/(Developer's decision) (promises from Bellbouy how efficient this process is going to be) well It is a year later and I am still waiting for the promises to be delivered. In the past month I have sent multiple emails which of some just get completely ignored by the agent working with the New Horizon Village Portfolio. From the word go, all we have had is endless problems eg. Bad communication, No breakdown of the R290 we are suppose to be paying for 2024 but there has been no service or upkeep of New Horizon Village. I am not too sure how their service quantifies the bill which they are charging for administration as the only thing that they are doing is sending statements out to clients for NON-EXISTENT services at New Horizon Village and DO NOT have the DECENCY to reply when requesting how the levy is broken down for the HOA when there is literally NO SERVICE BEING PROVIDED since January 2024.
It is probably the WORSE group I have ever had to deal with. New Horizon Village Homeowner Association/(Developer's decision) (promises from Bellbouy how efficient this process is going to be) and with the clever coaxing of the developers and Bellbouy, Port Elizabeth, the home owner's under duress voted that they represent the HOA as the developers were unable and not equipped to manage this HOA. From the word go, all we have had is endless problems eg. I give them a 10/10 for BAD communication as it has got to the stage where they just DO NOT respond on one's emails. I rate them a 1/10 for giving a NON-EXISTING BUDGET for 2024 which we are being forced to pay yet NO SERVICE is being provided. On promises NOT delivered a 10/10. I am not too sure what they are doing for the almost R30 000 bill which they are charging for administration as the only thing that they are doing is sending statements out to clients for NON-EXISTENT services and DO NOT have the DECENCY to reply when requesting how the levy is broken down for the HOA when there is literally NO SERVICE BEING PROVIDED AND THEY CANNOT ACCOUNT FOR THE LEVY WE ARE BEING CHARGED FOR 2024.
Hi My son gifted me with a security panic alarm called SECURA. They have a site registered at info@secura.co.za I do not see them listed here but would like to reach out and say thank you to all the staff connected to this app which can be downloaded and paid for through any playstore/apple app. The response is nothing like I have every experienced. When testing the alarm from any location it takes them virtually a few seconds to call you to find out what your emergency is. You can be anywhere at any time and the will ensure the nearest security company to your location be dispatched immediately. Well done to the person who created this application and a HUGE THANK YOU. It is a must for everyone in South Africa due to our current situation.
I have had absolute fantastic from African Bank and would like to thank every body concerned in helping me and other people during this very difficult time during Lockdown. Woolworths Financial Service can learn a lot from African Bank and their staff. Well done to all at African Bank.
I have been trying to sort my insurance out regarding COVID-19 Lockdown. It is the 18th of May and I still have had no joy.
I have been a member of Netstargo for many years and have tried over the years to cancel this subscription only to have them convince me that I was going to get such fantastic service. I have cancelled this sub now about 2 or 3 months ago and they just keep taking money off my account. Once again I have to ask myself why they are keeping the client's money. Is this not a form of theft?? Netstar, please, I would like my money refunded before having to take further action.

I updated my car tracking system with Netstar and it kept giving false alarm. I contacted the centre and they sent a technician out who confirmed that I was given a faulty panic button. Netstar charged me and took the amount off my bank statement. When I followed up they advised me that it was a mistake on their side and that they would refund me the money they erroneously deducted. Well, it is a few months down the line and they have not refunded my my money. "Is this not a form of theft and neglect?"
