I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with Vodacom Business, which has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the lack of service and competency in handling my account transfer. In October 2023, I initiated the process to move my contract to the business side with Vodacom. Little did I know that what should have been a straightforward procedure has turned into a prolonged and exasperating ordeal. As of today, my contract has still not been successfully moved to the business side, despite months of correspondence and effort on my part. I have diligently followed all the required procedures, submitted the necessary documentation, and provided the requested information promptly. However, Vodacom Business has consistently displayed a shocking level of incompetency in handling this matter. There seems to be a lack of communication within their own systems, as I have been given conflicting information about the status of my account transfer. The delays and unresponsiveness from Vodacom have not only inconvenienced me but have also impacted the operations of my business. It is disheartening to see such a renowned telecommunications company fail to deliver on its promises and commitments to its customers. Additionally, I would like to bring this matter to the attention of Vodacom Business, urging them to address the incompetency and lack of service that customers like myself have been experiencing. It is essential for companies to be held accountable for their actions and to provide the level of service that their customers rightfully expect.
Our pool coating has started to crack. I called Pieter from Classic Pool,because they were the once who had painted on the pool coating. He promised me that they will fix it because it has a warranty. Its been more than a year now, every time Pieter makes a promise but never shows up. You can blame the weather for only so long...... I have all the WhatsApp messages, and telephone conversations to prove that he has been making excuses for over a year now. At first, his work was good, but as soon as there came a problem he started to look for any excuse not to fix the problem. So judge for yourself if you would want a contractor like that to do work on your pool.
