Poor Customer Service Moved my account over to FNB after good adverti*****t. Service is opposite experience, employer did deposit salary into my new FNB account as i requested. How ever FNB have not released the money. I called them these morning apparently had to wait for 8:00 am. At 8:00 am I called only to be adviced my account is pending FICA Documments. No one bothers to notify me i need to submit these documents in the past 2 months i had my account opened. Worst all my debit orders are now late, kids school transport or rentals all late. I really regret moving my account over to these guys as these now affected my paying behavior as a consumer.
Best experience dealing with Joslyn from similan properties. Always willing to listen putting customers first and not compromising on quality of service offered to similan customers. I would recommend anyone to deal with similan due to these best experience. The cleanliness and rules make it a pleasant expirence to stay in a well managed security complex with great leadership and good people.
