Friday afternoon my brother was involved in an accident and we took him to Lesedi so that his head injury could be looked at amongst other injuriries he had. The was only one person working at the reception. I mean how do can there be one person working there to assist people that are there for emergencies.we were there for more than 30min and this gentleman was still opening a file for one person. We ended up leaving. There is no sense of urgency.
I've been phoning homeChoice for weeks and sending emails no regarding a delivery that was supposed to be sent a month and 3 weeks ago, as I only received two of the three items and was told it will be delivered later that week after the purchase. No one has bothered to call me and update me on the status of the delivery as well as the reason for the delay. As a first-time buyer, I am dissatisfied with my experience thus far. I haven't opened the two items that i received because i wanted all items to be delivered before i could make use of them. However every month im debited for items i cant even use.
I was currently a victim of fraud of on the 26th of June 2018 and a lot of money was used from my cheque account. I had a case number open and submitted a document that ABSA (at Maponya Mall) had given me to complete. This document consisted of who was the detective handling my case and how the incident happened. All was handed in on the 27th of June 2018 It is now the 16th of August 2018. I have not received an feedback from the bank. i went to the bank last month last/July and i was told that this will be escalated. I have tried to get hold of a person called Spha but my calls are just on hold until the call is dropped. I must say i am very upset with how my case is handled. It is unprofessional Absa threats such matters. Annoyed Client Katlego
