I made a booking with PropHunt Agency and drove 150 km to view a property, only to be told that the current tenant could not be contacted. No apology or explanation from the agent, Donna McNamara. I then reached out to the Principal Agent/Owner of the company, and as other reviewers have mentioned, I received the same dismissive attitude—no care, no apology, just complete disregard for my time and effort. As others have pointed out, this is a highly competitive market, and only agencies that truly care about their clients should succeed. Unfortunately, PropHunt Agency falls short of that standard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.
<p>So as a loyal customer , and normally not risking ordering shoes online (due to the size issues) I risked it this one time as I had the exact shoe ..so no problem right ? Wrong ! The wrong size was sent , I emailed them 5mins after the delivery was made , no reply for a few days, I called twice a week apart and was told by the agent (Ilse) they are awaiting a response from the Warehouse? I even had to send in pics of the incorrect shoe size (why?) </p> <p>How long does it take to get feedback from ones own warehouse ?</p> <p>why does any customer let alone a loyal one, have to do the calling and checking , as no updating etc. is done by runwaysale!</p> <p>Im very disappointed with the service and more after reading the numerous complaints - unfortunately it seems the popularity gained at runwaysale has lead to a decay in service !!</p> <p>When am I getting the order that I paid for runwaysale ?</p>
