I ordered Pet Hair Remover Glove × 3 Bundle on 15 December 2025 online after seeing it on FB and to date, despite numerous emails and their responses requesting my patience during a very busy festive season and assuring me that it will be despatched, nothing has arrived. My last email to them was on 12 January 2026 where I told them that if I do not receive shipment confirmation within 72 hours (by Thursday morning), I demand a Full REFUND and failure of which, I will be escalating this to National Consumer Commission (NCC) and all the relevant high profile review platforms available to me, to which they are yet to respond (after promptly replying to all my numerous other emails, be it with lies and false promises)!! Their website www.pawpalace.co.za are still operating...
Poor Workmanship, Product Knowledge and Technical knowledge despite being the 'main agent' for a 'reputable' brand such as Russel Hobbs!! They have attempted to repair a microwave that stopped heating (it came on and make all the usual sounds but did not heat food/beverage) 4 times since end of October 2025 and December 2025. Had numerous unacceptable issues such as microwave still did not heating when collected said 'repaired' product and despite receiving telephonic confirmation that it was 'tested', fortunately we tested it before we collected. On another occasion, there were sparks and dangerous noises coming out from under the microwave when we tested it during collection, On another occasion, when they delivered the said 'repaired' microwave there were 3 legs missing from the bottom, which we think happened to the equipment not being secured in the back of the bakkie during delivery. It seems that they do not have their own technicians that do the repairs but rather have contractors/outside repairers that they send the equipment to. It is quite disappointing, frustrating and unacceptable that the 'main agent' of a 'reputable' and well know brand like RH delivers such shoddy and poor after sales service! My 'repaired' microwave seems to only work for a maximum of 15-20 mins as anything longer, it stops heating although it sounds like it is working. As the microwave stopped heating again last night, this morning I called the Head Office and requested to speak to any Senior Exceutive or their respectve PA/Secretary as to escalate this farcical chain of events once and for all. The Receptionist that answered the phone, Tshepiso explained that all were still on holiday and enquired if she could help. I explained the situation and entire chain of events to her and requested my name and number so that she could find someone to help me, which I duly did. After not hearing from her at around 1pm, I called again and after the phone rang for easily 4 mins, another lady answered and said that Tshepiso was on lunch and requested my details so that Tshepiso can call me back, again I duly did. No having had the courtesy of my call back by 15h55, I duly called HOLB and after 6 mins of waiting for the call to be answered, I dropped the call. All very frustrating and annoying, to say the least!!
