The worst customer care services ever!!! I cannot make any online purchases with my virtual or debit card. I have been experiencing this for over a year. Specifically after receiving my replacement debit card. I would not recommend Standard Bank to ANYONE. No one can or will help you.
I didn't receive any help with the verification process. It's difficult to contact their customer service because they don't provide an email that I can use to contact them on my Gmail account. (their internal email system is useless because nobody responds.) Their useless bot can't help me with my kind of query. Can someone please email me to my Gmail address to help me?

I bought an internet modem package (Huawei B535-932A 4G CPE Cat7 CBU @ R399 Reduced Sub PM on Home Internet 50Mbps FUP (36 Months)) on the 21st of February 2024. The salesperson assured me it would work 100% where I live. I'm not even getting 10 Mbps! They would send out a Vodacom technician three times to my home. The technician didn't show up after so many months and zero customer service. Our calls got transferred from one person to the other with zero customer service at all. I would like to opt out of the 36-month internet package. It does not work as the salesperson has told me over the telephone. Can someone PLEASE ASSIST me to get out of that ridiculous 36-month contract with a product that doesn't work as the salesperson told me? Dyllan Canterbury, why did you close this query without helping me? This is perfect evidence to make an Ombudsman case against Vodacom.

I keep getting a "restricted country" error code when I try to register for an account. (I live in South Africa - Banxso claims that they're a South African Forex company in Cape Town. This is usually an indication that they're operating from a foreign company. Dillon from customer services told me that I have to pay R4800 before I can access any platform, robot, or open a free demo account. This is highly suspicious to first pay a big amount before you can open a free demo account or access features on the platforms. Red lights. Please be careful. (I didn't deposited any money onto their website.)
