Bought a bakkie approximately a month ago..No spare wheel and was given a completely different wheel from another brand when enquired about it Wiring has a lot of issues which they refuse to sort out after i tried hooking a trailer Needed new tyres which i had to buy Basically i was sold a vehicle with a lot of issues that wasnt disclosed to me I did send a detailed report to the dealer from the auto electrician but the response was that they will not pay for anything I refuse to leave this here as i feel i was not sold a vehicle my monies worth I would not recommend buying from them to anyone
My move was scheduled for 4th January 2025 They arrived on time as always At my destination premises The guys carried my fridge from the truck to my flat They scratched my fridge badly against the wall with me standing right there and telling them you have to lift it up a bit Lodged a complaint and supervisor came to take photos etc Just to be told a few days later that no compensation will be done because of the terms & conditions that i signed Yes i did sign it but now i realise the t's &c's is only to benefit your company In transit i could understand But with me standing right there and telling them. That is just wrong I will never make use of Eezi move again and will not recommend to anyone asking me As it seems to me your company's terms and conditions are there to favour and exempt your staff Which in turn means your company uses it's terms and conditions to not feel any remorse for my damage
After my last complaint i wrote I had a guy call me to apologize.What is the point of telling me you are aware of it now and apologise for it but you offer me no solution to the problem.Meanwhile just like every month come end of this month Vodacom takes the full amount from me but im stuck with download speeds of 0.10 kbps on a 10 meg line.. I'm going to pay you this month exactly what you gave me..im paying you 1% of the bill..Blacklist me i don't care because you obviously don't have a ounce of care for my problem
Been complaining about slow internet speeds for months now but all i get back from Vodacom is excuses Yet end of the month you take your full fee so basically I'm paying you for a service you don't deliver I'm putting a stop order on December payment Since you don't care about a loyal 20 year customer like myself
