BLACKLISTING IPHONE - NOT ON
Bought my Iphone second hand (from someone I know) - Purchased the phone in June 2015, half way through July my phone just stopped working, phoned my provider Cell C who VERY WILLINGLY helped me to figure out the problem. <br> <br> The phone seems to have been originally bought on contract with Vodacom by a gentlemen who i don't know. <br> I spoke to Vodacom in Fourways and they informed me....<br> <br> Good day<br> Handset was blacklisted for bad debts account belongs to JACOB COETZER ERASMUS.<br> It is still owing.<br> Regards<br> Gloria<br> <br> I have proof that I purchased the phone. I hope Vodacom rectifies this and unblocks this immediately. My cellular contract isnt even with you guys!

Should have stayed with Bosch!!!
Purchased a brand new Samsung South Africa fridge about 5 weeks ago, got it home, everything in the fridge was frozen, we called, had a technician come to check it out, told us we had on too cold (thanks but we aren't stupid) , next day, fridge FROZEN, same thing again, technician comes out, fiddles in the back, says problem is fixed, oh and now the fridge is frozen AGAIN, 4 weeks of shopping WASTED, we have had to throw away so much food. <br> <br> We phone you guys again this week and someone came out AGAIN this week (the THIRD person) on Tuesday to do a final report. No notes were left, no follow up call was made and the fridge is STILL frozen. <br> <br> WE have to phone you guys to see whats happening only to be told we have to email you a whole list of things to TRY get a replacement, which can take up to a week. Why send out THREEE technicians and then we still have to prove to you that its faulty? Did I mention this is the 5th week of us having to throw away food because all our fresh produce in the fridge is freezing.<br> <br> Pretty disgusted and by the LACK of customer service - if this isnt resolved and we dont have a new fridge by next week I want my money back and ill head back to Bosch!
