2022 Turbo Levo Pro from day 1 brand new bike has front wheel, brake issues the bike has been returned twice and it’s still un rideable
I bought a 2019 Mini Countryman JCW brand new from Mini Bedfordview, what a dissapointment. After three months my brakes started to squeel when stopping my mini went back three times and iwas told by the service adviser the brakes crumbeled and he has never seen this, they replaced the rear brake pads and agin my breaks squeel when stopping. by this time im extremely concerned so i set up a meeting at Mini Boksburg with BMW SA technical manager at no stage were they prepared to drive with me to hear the loud squeel and after two days and another 150km on my new car they declare it sorted. well on the first stop i make the squeel it still there. BMW now send me a email saying they need the mini for a week and they will need to do 500km on my new mini to see whats wrong. its simple the sold me a lemon and or they are using a faulty brake supplier, whats more concerning is the service adviser at Boksburg tells me BMW SA is trying to get BMW Europe to adress this issue as im one of many clients driving unsafe and faulty cars. At this stage i can see that Mini Bedfordview does not care about my issues and i contact the CPA they send an email to Mini Bedfordview and Bruce Matz the service manager. Writes There is no safety issue with my brakes but only an intermittent comfort issue in the form of a Squeel. So please be aware that if you buy a mini and or bmw and your brakes squeel this loud noise is acceptable to a brand that now has your money, they cant fix it so just buy ear ****s and thats it. What a disgrace for any automotive brand to have.
