This lot quoted me 3k for a 180k service. I begged them to check my car properly(as a single female). To keep up the facade of being cheap and honest, they ignore safety and thoroughness! Back at the ranch they do a cheap skate service that one has to discuss with the receptionist!! 1 month later I had to take my car to Fit It Menlyn because my engine mountings and bushes were worn and the engine practically hanging by a thread!!! Guess what, they refuse to put 180k service on my invoice and refuse to stamp an emailed pdf version of my service book!!! Because they never asked for my book and now they tell me they need the actual book for a stamp???? Knowing FULL WELL I work too far away to take care of this during a lunch. Not even bothered to answer a email 3 days later. Stay away.
These ****mers do not deserve a single star. They over charge on their pre-paid electricity tariffs, hidden costs, violation of constitutional rights by threatening suspension of services on unfounded grounds. They charge ridiculous deposit amounts and inflate final bills refusing to provide detailed final account and refund deposits. Fees are increased as they please without formal written notice. Half the employees are beyond the legal working age and completely and utterly ***********. I am reporting these ****mers that I was forced to deal with for 10yrs.
I applied for an extended mechanical warranty for my mother's Honda Civic. I was provided with a quotation which I accepted on 11 June.
