Worst worst worst company you could ever deal with. Literally ********s, the owner of this company was paid a few thousands to weld and fit a gate at my premises. Paid the full amount and he literally disappeared and did not do the work!!! False promises for two weeks, with voice notes supposedly giving updates as to what he’s doing but nothing was actually done. Called today to ask again about the gate, became extremely defensive, used extremely vulgar and derogatory language to try and hide away from the fact that he DID NOT EVEN START THE WORK!! - to a point where he said “well theres nothing you can do about it, you can’t do anything, the police can’t do anything” - contacted the wife as well, where she claims to have nothing to do with the job and none of this is her responsibility as well. Absolutely shocking - STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! - money lost and valuable time too!

Q&A cheap Auto Eye Blinding
This lot quoted me 3k for a 180k service. I begged them to check my car properly(as a single female). To keep up the facade of being cheap and honest, they ignore safety and thoroughness! Back at the ranch they do a cheap skate service that one has to discuss with the receptionist!! 1 month later I had to take my car to Fit It Menlyn because my engine mountings and bushes were worn and the engine practically hanging by a thread!!! Guess what, they refuse to put 180k service on my invoice and refuse to stamp an emailed pdf version of my service book!!! Because they never asked for my book and now they tell me they need the actual book for a stamp???? Knowing FULL WELL I work too far away to take care of this during a lunch. Not even bothered to answer a email 3 days later. Stay away.

Honest and affordable vehicle repairs/services
I have been taking all my vehicles to Q&A for almost 3 years now. If you want a honest mechanic for vehicle services/repairs you can't go wrong with Q&A. Their prices are reasonable and they will always go the extra mile for their client (i.e. take your vehicle to a road worthy center, obtain the cheapest most reliable vehicle parts for your vehicle etc.). They always called me prior to working on my vehicles to inform me of the assessment and estimated costs to avoid any surprises later on. They are extremely honest and friendly and I would recommend them 10/10

Excellent, experienced mechanics that give dignity to the trade.
Q&a auto has redefined what mechanics are to me. We've been servicing both our cars with them for a couple of years now. We always know they will be giving us solid service with knowledgeable advice and consideration for our finances.
