<p>It has been over three years now and we are still waiting for out photobook and video from Lionel Peters. We paid him in full before the wedding day and are still waiting. </p> <p> </p> <p>Next step is is legal action.</p>
<p>I have email confirmation from Vodacom that a credit note will be processed into my account in October. This has not happened and I logged a query with vodacom and had no response from Vodacom for over two weeks now. I do not understand why it is so difficult to reply back to a customer who has a query. So disappointed!!!</p>
<p>I have been asking for my RA to be transferred to my current employer from February 2016. Today is the 21st June and this transfer has still not been affected. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't know where else to get assistance. The service is atrocious!!</p>
I recently signed up for a 24 month data contract with a device capable of picking up a LTE signal. I struggled with getting any connection only to find out that LTE was never enabled on my profile. <br> <br> Upon enquiry with the Vodacom outlet staff, I discovered that there is no checklist in place to ensure that when a device is set-up that all necessary checks are completed to ensure that I will not encounter any problems when I start to use the device. The staff member merely advised me to come in and they be able to assist me at the outlet when I enquired as to why the devise/profile was not set-up for the network contract signed up for. <br> <br> Why must the customer complain before the network is set-up properly, please improve your processes. <br>
