Poor Service from call centres. Can someone please help.
I am appalled by Vodacom's service. It has gone down the drain. I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years with multiple contracts. I have repeatedly tried to cancel a contract and get a refund. Each time they say they need to listen to the original call that I made to verify that I cancelled in time. Each time they do not call me back and I have to phone back and explain the entire story again. It is so frustrating. I am not sure who is in charge of Customer Service at Vodacom but its pathetic. Can someone please take responsibility here.

Terrible after sales service from Prepaidmeters.co.za
Hello. Just want to warn people about prepaidmeters.co.za. Don't use them!!! Their sales service is great, but their after sales service is terrible. You struggle to get anyone on the line, and when you do, they don't know what they talking about. Rather use someone else. There a quite a few around.

Poor service
I have tried several times to get a IT3b statement for the 2017/18 tax year. I have emailed ********** several times and have not had a response. I have registered for online banking, but it says that i do not have transactional functionality so i cannot download the statement. Can someone please help me?

cant get hold of anyone from accounts department
My cr card expired and I need to change my contract to my new cr card. I have tried phoning so many times ********** but that takes me through to another call centre and they keep transferring me, but no one answers. This is pathetic service. Dont you want me to pay you?

Terrible Service
Been a loyal Vodacom contract holder for 6 years. Just upgraded my contract this month. I am unhappy with the contract as it does not give me enough minutes, so i would like to move to another contract with more minutes. they refuse to do this and indicate that i have to wait 3 months even though i am going to pay more on the new contract and keep my same phone. Seems like a win-win for them, but they refuse. How stupid is this company??? Do they comply with the consumer protection act as i am still in the first month of my new contract??? Is this the way you treat loyal customers that pay you high bills each month???
