Good day. I was an avid supporter of Temu, as they stated, a recognised top contributor! But be warned - please do not leave bank details - no.matter how safe, as deals go through without any request etc, amidst false free gifts offer. They then take up to two weeks before banks transact the refund!!? ****** *****ed business - so beware!! As they say " IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.. "
After big so excited to received ordered parcels, excitement began wearing thin, as items began wearing off as lack of quality was exposed - glass falling off at watch etc etc..products look good but not at all PLEASE BE WARNED
Hi. They are fantastic to shop from home - super service, products and prices - and all backed up, if unhappy, return the goods. Unreal - now I know am addicted - count my rands to shop at TEMU.
Took my 14 year Yorkie, him being deaf and going blind, to the Vet after he had developed what seemed to be a liquid growth. Consulted the lady vet, who seemed very kind at time, who took him for quick view and said asked if injured as seemed full of blood. Further suggestion to keep overnite and investigate further with operation next morning - did mention previous Yorkies only sedated as anaesthetic took severe. Well I phoned the next morning to hear how he was - okay and procedure would be done later in morning. Was phoned later to fetch him and told he had very aggressive cancer. Result took him home, never recovered and next morning back for cremation of my beloved companion. Why didn't the phone and suggest euthanasia instead of sending him home!! And saving all the extra misery caused. Recently moved from Bloemfontein, where I have utmost respect for Vets there - they would advise one of what was best for furchild, and not just present one with a huge bill!!! Been told by owners of 2 similar cases with deceased animals. At first I was just shocked , but now in afterthought, am actually mourning in anger, and at a cost exceeding my annual cardio visit (in Bftn) where I would have ECG, sonar + treadmill exam for less. Please be warned to give strict instructions of if...and not rely on vet. ! I regret it now that the only thing I have left is a huge receipt, but no companion
Am so furious now that over the shock! Moved here few months back so new to area. Suddenly my 14 year Yorkie companion developed a growth on the side, so took him to vet to check out. I still remarked that felt liquid so she took him to investigate and returned saying blood - had he been injured. Said didn't think so but 14 year old, totally deaf and blind - could see the glazing of eyes. Lady vet suggested left him there overnite that they could check further next day. I phoned early morning to hear if Stompie okay. Yes, will be operated on about an hour. Couple hours later got a call could collect him to go home! Only when fetched him told discovered aggressive cancer!! My question now, once over the shock, why continue at his age + condition ,- would it not have been kinder to let me know at time best choice to put him down. Brought him home where he lay in his bed sleeping except occasional change of position. I had mentioned my Yorkies before had only been sedated as they do not do well with anaesthetic. Now I regret ever taking him to vet till really necessary. Have heard from 2 other people similar comments. Please check vets record before sacrificing your furkid. Back to vet 24 hours after operation, for cremation. All in all, misery he and i went through, cost almost 4 grand!! Very heartsore. But other lady paying off 6 grand for deceased cat!! Please beware
Please avoid East London express, as they are totally useless..whereas Andrea Farmer from Head office has been truly fantastic, and absolutely solved the problem, after East London disinterest. Thank you! At last after weeks of effort, both by her + myself, I managed to buy + collect item from Port Elizabeth!! BUT East London branch obviously do not want business, and had not been for Andrea Farmer, Builders would have lost the sale!!! Please acknowledge her efforts.
Hi. Head office so helpful - trying so hard to guide me through transactions for EAST LONDON EXPRESS, which is USELESS!! Been trying for 3 days to pay for item I ordered - and wasted time + data, because they have not updated stock in 4 days. Really - small wonder King Williams town branch closed.. H/O , RIYA, tried so hard to instruct me to put account into credit!!! Unsuccessfully, of course. Please be aware, this particular branch is not to be recommended...all They have to do is update their stock. Been in retail business all my working life, as you receive stock it is immediately added to computer! WHY MUST THE CUSTOMER BATTLE TO BUY
