Waiting two months for maternity and newborn shoot photos done in Dec 19, which are delayed even taking into account the festive season. Kristin has excuses all the time which range from loadshedding, her illness to moving premises (which she failed to notify us of). Very unprofessional seeing as she expects full payment then drags us along to get arrange the shoots let alone receiving our galleries. She does not respond to email unless social media messages are posted. She has now blocked me on social media, and has asked me to continue with legal intervention, which I have done via my legal aid. Very evasive person. I've exacerbated my patience as I've received photos from photoshoots I've done with other photographers after the ones done with Kristin. Not worth the stress she brings with cheaper packages because you will have problems scheduling a shoot, getting a refund or getting the photos you paid thousands for. No person wants to deal with this kind of stress during pregnancy or after birth. Let's hope I receive my photos and things don't escalate to criminal charges as she has my money.
After endless months of back and forth queries and visiting the store, I am left with a product that is poorly constructed and not what it was supposed to look like. Their service is inept and as a client concerns are treated as a joke because despite asking for errors to be corrected they make you wait weeks further to receive the same product as they assume you're a fool and won't notice the difference. I shall never recommend them to anyone their service s described best as this: ploy to bait clients with fake pictures and deliver you unsatisfactory products along a headache of issues while they string you along for months.
I feel like I have been robbed. Terrible service. No feedback on my order placed in September 17. I was asked to make full payment in November 17. I do not even know if my items are built as per my request. No one has contacted me in this regard. I have been patient, with feedback on my enquiry with this like fabric delay etc. But I have had enough. I feel like I have been robbed. I require a full refund because I believe my order has not been made due to material being out of stock
<p>My dad had a contract with glocell that expired in Nov 16. He received a confirmation letter regarding the end of contract. The reference number is ********** 5. To date he is being billed the full amount via debit order. The bank says the debit order can only be cancelled via glocell. Glocell continues to make my dad run around in cricles. Kindly remove the debit order and stop billing him for a contract he no longer has. Glocell customer service is dismal. It should not be the client's responsibility to waste further money and his time resolving this when the error is on the side of glocell.</p>
