<p>Please be very careful when using Europcar Rsa as a rental company. They are quick to take your deposit but when it comes to paying it back then it takes forever. I was promised 48-72hrs and a week later and still nothing. I have also requested a complete bill of any deductions and proof of etoll usage and also nothing has been provided. This is the way that they use your money to earn extra interest.</p> <p>Europcar is definitely not the rental company to use as they have very bad business practice. I subscribed to the Simfy Service. The system constantly crashes and is not stable. Since the last update of software i cannot play back songs via blue tooth. Logged a call via Email, Face book and Phone call. Now i receive a email that says they cannot get hold of me. This is after a consultant told me that he will email me a link to the new Beta version software.<br> <br> Guess what.... still waiting. Also told by call centre that they will phone me right back. Guess this is the way to get a upset customer off the phone and not assist them. Well you can gladly refund me my money and i will support DEEZER.
