Scam. Do not use. Been struggling for almost four months to get my account sorted out. No luck. Support is useless. Emails goes unanswered. Problems never get resolved. Useless company. AVOID.

Simfy Africa deducted my account four times in a period of 8 days on my jet account and still didn't offer the service, when I complained they said I should be patient and understanding because I'm not the only one with the problem and my problem will get fixed eventually, after a week, I emailed them again and they said they activated my account, when I checked my statement, they had deducted money again as if R240 wasn't enough already, I am ****ed off, I am disappointed and you guys have lost a customer, your staff are not friendly and nothing is done to get fixed, till today I am waiting on my money that was deducted.. I thought supporting African apps was better than supporting Google play but boy was I wrong.

New cancelled our service a month ago and I am still receiving between 4 and 6 text's per day telling me that the service has been cancelled. I travel overseas a lot and then have to pay roaming charges to receive these irritating messages. I have taken this up with them via the on-line system - with no action, only repeated emails telling me that they will respond soon. On calling them, I have been told that the support team have no idea where the texts are sent from and cannot do anything. I had this escalated and told that this is no stopped, again, more texts. I cannot believe a technology company cannot resolve an irritating technical issue.

I subscribed to the Simfy Service. The system constantly crashes and is not stable. Since the last update of software i cannot play back songs via blue tooth. Logged a call via Email, Face book and Phone call. Now i receive a email that says they cannot get hold of me. This is after a consultant told me that he will email me a link to the new Beta version software.<br> <br> Guess what.... still waiting. Also told by call centre that they will phone me right back. Guess this is the way to get a upset customer off the phone and not assist them. Well you can gladly refund me my money and i will support DEEZER.
