I had an issue with the milk I purchased. I emailed Woodlands Dairy and Bridgette replied and resolved my issue. Bridgette and the other members from Woodlands whom I didn't get their names were extremely friendly and all of them went over the call of duty to assist and accommodate me. In the world that we live in, our expectations are to receive good service. We are quick to call out companies that do not provide good service, however Woodlands Dairy went far beyond my expectations. Thank you again Bridgette and your team.

My debit order for policy ********** 8 is on the 25th of each month. The attached document confirms it is on the 25th. I was debited early in December even though I asked to be debited on the 25th. When I called in December to query this your call centre agent advised me that you guys use Naedo tracking and if there is funds available you guys will debit my account. Please explain to me why did you guys try debiting me yesterday when I had no funds in my account? I transfer all my money into my investments. I have attached a bank statement from the bank, I had no funds last night which resulted me in paying a fee of R150 for a return debit order. I have called ABSA and they have confirmed the debit order bounced and will generate a fee of R150. However this is not my fault as my debit order date is set for the 25th. I would like the following from a Hollard senior manager: • A refund of R150 for the return debit order. • An explanation to be sent to the credit bureau so that my credit score is not affected. • A written apology as well as to never debit me before the 25th. Please note that if my terms are not met, I will be informing the ombudsman of this. Please action my request urgently.

I been trying for the last 3 years for this company to stop spamming me. But guess what they don't want to. I have no idea how you got my details as I was never a client yet you guys sms, email, post and call me. I called your call centre so many times to take me off your guys system but nope 3 years and I still get it. If you guys don't stop now I will be taking legal action now.</span></p>
<p>Takealot, why is it so difficult to get good service from your guys. I buy from your guys on a regular basis and yet when I have a problem with an item it becomes an issue. Why cant you guys hire more staff like Maxine? Why would I tamper a 6000 device? Please takealot please tell me why would I want to damage my own device? I need this hard drive to save my kids photos on the drive. I dont have 6000 to waste. The order was delivered at 12, I logged the return at 1. Takealot if I was tampering with the device how will I do this in an hour? I called Pinnacle Micro they told me that its extremely difficult to fix these hard drives and that once the hard drive is opened a new bottom plate is needed to be fitted as the old one cannot be reused. They also said you require special tools to open this and as you can see I'm not tech savey like your guys to do these things. I copied pictures on the hard drive and videos of my kids and then it failed. I never tamper or do anything else with the drive, the plastic is still on it. I called the call centre on the 29/08 and told the consultant that the chair is fauly and i cannot disassemble the chair, please get the truck to pick it up. He said not a problem they will sort it out for me. They was meant to come on tuesday 30/08, they didnt show. Anyway called your call centre, they said they will escalate, courier came on wednesday didnt want to pick the chair saying i must package it in the box... guess what i cant... Called your call centre again and spoke to a consultant by the name of Melissa Stremmers, who assured me she will escalate it and get back to me. She gave me the worse service from the lot. After phoning her numerous times and emailing her assuring her the chair has not been picked up. The courier comes on friday and picks it up. Now this has been sitting at your warehouse for some time, I called yesterday and the consultant told me this will be concluded yesterday night. So i call today and now the consultant is saying there is *****s missing. Takealot, please tell me why would I keep the *****s for an item I dont have? I have sent everything with the courier. Please dont inconvience me and make excuses to not refund my order. Please discuss this with Skynet and refund me. Please can this be resolved, I am waiting so long for this to be sorted out. </p>
