Expressing my dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent service I have received at Nissan Woodmead. As a loyal customer of 10 years, I have always trusted them with the maintenance of my vehicle. However, the past 8 months have been the most disappointing. I have incurred more expenses than I did over the previous decade combined in servicing my car at Nissan Woodmead. This is primarily due to what I believe to be substandard workmanship and a lack of foresight in addressing issues with my car. A specific incident that infuriates me the air conditioning re-gas. After this service, one of the air conditioning settings stopped working, and I was quoted over R50,000 for the repair. Not sure if the internal bonus structure has changed as they quote exorbitant prices to fix stuff and "apply a discount" to do you a favour. I've mailed the services department 3 weeks ago regarding a wheel alignment issue after the last maintenance work to the front wheels were done to this date I have not received any communication. Sad that I will need to find another provider after a decade of loyal support to service my car.
