If I could give minus stars I would. The worst company to ever do Debt Review with. They take your hard-earned money and never pay your creditors. You will lose everything using them. The have no communication skills and just blow smoke up your a$$.
On the 4th of December I ordered and paid. Received emails stating that my order was being processed. On the 14th (10 days) I emailed them asking if my order will be received by the 18th as I’d given my work address. After being informed that this will not happen, I emailed them changing my delivery address BEFORE my order was dispatched. Below is the tracking history from Churchills International Express : 20.12.2020 06:10:49 Dispatched 20.12.2020 15:19:15 Loaded on manifest to Johannesburg facility 22.12.2020 14:48:43 Checked in at Johannesburg facility 28.12.2020 13:47:34 Loaded on manifest to Cape Town facility 28.12.2020 18:38:32 Dispatched 30.12.2020 06:52:07 Checked in at Cape Town facility 05.01.2021 07:10:06 Dispatched 05.01.2021 12:34:25 Returned to Depot 07.01.2021 07:24:57 Dispatched 34 days after placing my order STILL NO ORDER. Even after being advised that the order will take 10 days. This is the worst service I have ever received. Do not waste your time and money purchasing from them. If only I had read the reviews beforehand........
In August 2019 we bought a used car from Village Autos., financed through the bank and with an extended warranty. The vehicle was serviced by Village Autos before we took possession of the vehicle. In October 2019 we were in the market for a second vehicle and thought to go again through Village Autos as we had received excellent service from them in August. This vehicle was financed through the bank as well, but without the extended warranty. We were told that the vehicle had been serviced, brakes checked, one or two other small issues sorted and was ready to go. About two weeks after driving the vehicle, we noticed that the bearings were noisy, the clutch was faulty and the engine light was coming on. We took the vehicle back as we had a 30 day guarantee when we purchased the vehicle. They 'repaired' the vehicle and 'replaced' the bearings. Not two weeks thereafter the vehicle was taken back to them as the repairs were not done as stated. The clutch was still faulty, brakes were noisy and engine light was coming on more than before. When we collected the vehicle, we were shown a 'checklist' of the work that was done and repaired. Needless to say, 6 weeks after taking ownership of the vehicle we had to replace the clutch at our own expense as this was never sorted out. Now, a sensor that they said was changed needs to be replaced, as well as the brakes and the wheel bearings. We feel that we have been duped with the second vehicle's purchase and will not recommend Village Autos, Kuils River, unless you have extended warranty insurance and can take the vehicle to AA for a thorough check through to confirm said repairs were done.
I have been hounded by Mamela Consulting from number 0319401896 almost on a daily basis regarding a debt relief application that I never made. Every time they call I request that they remove me off their call list and database, but to no avail.

This is getting beyond irritating.
I posted a small parcel at the Cape Gate Post Office on the 16th of January 2015 destined for Perth, Australia. This parcel was last scanned at the Capemail International Hub on the 29th of January 2015 with the comment : Insert item into bag Out.

To date the parcel has not arrived in Perth and parcel tracking gives the comment : The shipment is in transit to its destination.

Calls at the Johannesburg Hub do not get answered. I guess that the SAPO slogan 'We deliver, whatever it takes.' is just a joke!!
