STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!! Placed and order for R2 569 on 11th of January 2022. They do not communicate or keep you updated on your order at all. On 7 February I enquired about my order just to be told the supplier is out of stock and a refund will be loaded. Needless to say, today is 9 March and I am still waiting for my refund. The only response if that they will check with accounts department and get back to you - and then they never do - they ignore you.
If I could give no stars I would. We paid R200 000 for a lap pool and have had absolutely shocking results and service from Blue Lagoon Pools. Matt Herbst is not being of any assistance and keep telling us it is calcium in the water causing our 6 month old pool to look like a 50 year old Aventura Resort pool. We have asked him for solutions since December 2020, and up to now have had no help other than "I'll get back to you" and making us feel like we don't understand. We have even asked him for a maintenance contract to come and service our pool and see if they cant get it in a sparkling condition - well 3 weeks later and still not reply on that request either. Today we phone to speak to a manger, and again the call ends up with Matt - so we are going in circles. Please don't EVER use this company for your pool - they are terrible.
