Faulty Mattress and Poor Service Order TMW O 542201 We purchased a king size Kooi Performa bed in Jan with a Sealy mattress protector. This is our third purchase from Mattress Warehouse so we expected better service. Delivery was delayed and only received mid to late Feb. After just 2 months the mattress is faulty one side makes a loud squeaky noise when getting on off or moving which is unacceptable. I contacted the WhatsApp line last Tuesday and was instructed to email Colleen with photos which I did immediately. No response has been received. This has become a pattern. Follow ups with Nadine have been very disappointing. She has taken no ownership offered no apology and repeatedly only states Colleen will call. When asked about the lack of response she said she did not know and provided no urgency. This is the second time I deal with her and the service remains unacceptable. We expect urgent resolution inspection and replacement or refund. We will not recommend Mattress Warehouse again
Good day Gerald I will have you know that since my complaint, I have upgraded from the original medi and spine beds to Henwood queen beds. So from paying 8000 for two bed I have now paid a total of 16000 for two Henwood beds. 6 months into having the new set of beds I am experiencing dipping in both mattresses, again, these are beds for two 14 year olds who weigh under 50 kg’s each, when purchasing the beds I was again told that they are of best quality and that I should not be experiencing any problems. At this point I am not sure how UFO is still in business, the reviews of this company on Hello Peter are horrible to say the least. People cannot be spending their hard earned money on such bad quality products. I went through a year of horror with your company last year with a total of four bed exchanges because your Centurion branch manager Newman is extremely lacking in customer service. I visited the store again in April to lay a complaint about the Henwood sets, as usual Newman was not available and I was told that Kgomotso his standin was out for lunch. I was promised that she would give me a call once she returns which never happened. I have called the store each time since and everytime I am asked to hold for the manager and somehow the call miraculously disconnects. You guys really like pushing people and if you think I’m just going to let this go then you are sadly mistaken. I expect for someone to call me if not I WILL proceed with taking further steps as promised in my last complaint. I am sick and tired of your bad service.
I purchased 2 medi and spine beds for my twin daughters who are 13 in December at UFO Centurion Mall. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of David, the beds arrived a week later after purchasing.While assembling the beds we realised that one of the bases was actually damaged and even dirty, the legs of the base set were not steady and the bed would move at the slightest movement. I called David to alter his about this and a new base was delivered the same week. Now two and a half months in we have the same problem with the legs of the base set, and now the second bed is making squeaky noises from the base when my daughter gets on her bed and her mattress has sloped at the feet of the bed! This is absolutely unacceptable and I want both these beds to be replaced because the ones I was given are very poor quality, it’s not even three moths and a bed is squeaking as if we’ve had it for over 10 year? Mind you both my daughters weigh less than 50kg! Sort this mess out otherwise refund me my money and come and take your badly made beds!
I applied for an Absa loan online on the 4th of August which was approved, i received an email to inform me that i had been provisionally approved and that a consultant will contact me with regards to my application, that never happened so i decided to call Absa myself, i got through to a lady by the name of Palesa who was extremely unpleasant and impatient, she would not let me finish any of my sentences and just simply told me that my application is sitting with Janre Smith and that i must wait for their call. On Friday the 6th of August i received an sms from Absa telling me to contact my point of application to finalise the payout of my approved personal loan with a reference number 42254281339. This morning i tried contacting the loans call center again to quote the reference number and to get some assistance but to no avail. the phone constantly rings and someone picks up and just puts the phone on the side and says nothing, i ended up calling the general call center and i again i was put through to the loans department and i just sat on the phone for 30 minutes without any assistance, to think i was looking to switch to Absa from Nedbank because i have been very unhappy but it doesn't seem to be a good idea if it is such a challenge to get assistance.
I received money via cashsend when i went to the ATM to withdraw the money i get an error 55 message saying transaction not allowed, the sender insists that the pin is correct and i did receive the 10 digit code sms. i have been to three different ATM's and still same error, this is not at all fair and it is a big inconvenience, i need that money!!!!!!
I got a call from one of your sales agents saying they got my number from colleague about a gift, asking me for my id number and if my account is a savings or current account, i did not give out any of my banking details, after reading the reviews on here i see how many people have been scammed by this company, Please DO NOT debit my account or send me any gift, this a request to delete my details off your system, i am not interested in any of your products!
