Cant be trusted with personal information
Please be aware of this group. I have requested for my personal information to be completely deleted from their system and retrieved from anyone they have shared it with and written proof of such. Whist I am aware of the protection document signed it is still my right to request the destruction of my information and proper written confirmation thereof. The lady was blatantly not willing to comply. Why is this group not willing to comply with the law…what are they doing with our information? The way she was dismissive about my request makes me wonder if we are safe giving our information to this company!

Rubber Pizza
Ordered pizza form them. Took an hour and a half to deliver. When we opened it,it was cold to the point where the cheese was like hard rubber. Manager not even interested in rectifying it or try and save a customer.<br> Guess they have enough business to serve sub standard food and get away with it.

Santam steels money
After cancelling my cover with Santam they again took a debit order from my account. I have made numerous calls and have had numerous promises of someone getting back to me regarding my refund but to date they have not bothered.<br> <br> I was just wondering if it is custom for Santam to continue steeling consumers money after they have cancelled and then avoiding to rectify the mistake.<br> <br> What do I need to do to get my money back and to get a detailed breakdown of the money owed to me????
