So after having to struggle with Santam and the appointed Claims Handler after having been burgaled this past weekend, the lack of service continues, it took me 2 days to get communication via Santam regarding my claim after logging it within 24 hours (my part done) and forwading requested documents (yet again, my part done) I get a call from Santam yesterday stating they dont know why an assessor hasnt been appointed yet, so Censeo eventually comes to light, appoints the assessor as Thys Swart yesterday and indicated this person will call me earliest today for an appointment, I have yet again received no feedback, communication, follow up... NOTHING!!!<br> This is a traumatic experience believe it or not, I have kids, I would like to return my life to normal after this incident, not have my 3 year old son frightened by what has occured but we are on day 4 after the incident and no one has even been to my home.<br> Whats the use of having apparently the best insurance company that is suppose to make things like this a painless experience but they are pathetic with customer service, but not so pathetic to take their premium,and censeo lacks the same in their business!! Communication
I have had a house break in this past weekend, I logged my claim online and was appointed Jennett Botha as a claims handler, day 2 and I have not received a phone call, email absolutely nothing from her regarding my claim.<br> I was requesed to send a list of the stolen goods via Renaldo Barend and have done so yesterday already then I get an email requesting Quotation, Invoice and instruction letter of which I have already submitted my quotations, when asking their enquiry epartment to elaborate on the documents they need I receive no response.<br> Is this how companies trade these days, no communication?<br> I pay my premium so I expect a reaponse from this Jennett Bitha before end of business today.<br> Ahe seems extremely unpopular on hello peter, maybe Santam should do something about their unproductive staff.
So I apply online for the new Telkom R899 special with the explora, I get a call back about a WEEK later, hi yes we received you application, its been approved could we complete it for delivery.I visit a Telkom store 2days after that to obtain a tracking number for my parcel,sorry miss but there is no sign of this application ever being processed, nevermind approved, infact you have an outstanding amount on your ID number from 2008 WHAT!!!! My line was cancelled in 2008 and I moved from those premises and Telkom never cancelled as I instructed to which I sent them proof in 2008 already and here we are 7 YEARS later and still nothing has been rectified regarding that matter, will I then receive my adsl and explora in 2022 telkom?<br> You guys are pathetic, I want the recording of the call I received the 26th February at 16.05 stating that my application was approved and that my line and package would be delivered and installed 7 working days meaning my package better be installed by no later than Friday the 13th approved or not as it is your fault you appoint incompetant people not mine, if I dont get what I was told over the phone ill take matters further.
