As an owner of a sectional title unit, following heavy rains, the unit suffered R25000 worth of damages. Following an insurance claim submission to Yvonne Nathan, and her collusion with estate manager, insurer and corporate management, my claim was put to damage due to my own fault i.e. drains not being cleaned out. Photos and videos proving that the thatched roof was broken in and still they got away with not paying me out. I hope she is removed from more complex management in Jhb. Aweful unethical people!
I would advise all people to be very aware of booking through this agency. I am not the only one, who has experienced unethical deductions of money from my account. They do not keep their word on refunding upon cancellation within 24 hours free of charge. Further to that, they have deducted one third of the ticket price from my credit card and it has been two months with still problems trying to retrieve my money. They never answer the phone and when they do, they promise to refund. They promise to send an e mail confirmation of their agreement. But they do not refund and do not answer the phone and in general have unethical business practice.
