I did not have a good experience at all. Went for this supplier due to the high reviews, but did not get the same service. Item bought was not the item that arrived. The item was extensively damaged and could not be fitted, brackets were broken off and many other problems. When I contacted them, they did offer to exchange it with much disarray, but I had to organize and pay the courier again. Who has time for this and the money, is this not the reason for shopping online in the first place. The fault was clearly their side, but the tone in which the voice notes came through was also very bad. I had it repaired the best we could at twice the cost of the item, but was just refused any refund or credit. Anyway, good luck to all the other people and hope my bad service was a once off.

I had a funeral cover with Capitec. On 29/02/2020 my father passed away. In the week of 9 March I submitted the claim to Capitec, and requested the cover to be cancelled, as my father has now passed away. The debit order for the premium for March, was however already deducted on 1 March 2020. The cover duly paid out, but the premium for March has not been refunded. I have called in a few times, but this issue just seems to be ignored. I had the same cover a 2 other reputable insurers, and both refunded my March premium, because how can I pay for the cover of someone, that has already passed away. This is really very bad service.
