Don't let these people sucker you into joining, you will never see your money again. When something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. They just want you to keep depositing money with promises of extraordinary good returns, but you will never see your hard-earned cash ever again. This is a warning to everybody else. Don't trust he likes of FS Global and Berry MAX, Berry.im
Don't get suckered by these people to take you money, you will never see it again, and they will have all kinds of excuse for you to draw money, the latest one is to pay $50 to get your account enabled again. What utter nonsense. It's a Ponzi scheme following the same modus operandi as FTX and MTi. Don't fall for their tactics, PLEASE!
Helped me to activate my fibre internet after an extremely quick installation from OpenServe on a Saturday afternoon. No nonsense activation in less than an hour after the installation was completed. Was ordered on Thursday night, and installed, activated and working by 13:30 on Saturday afternoon. Well done.
It's a pity I can't give them a negative star. Dept of Home Affairs and the Licensing Dept's ******* child Webafrica. This is how poor their service delivery is. Never use them as an ISP. You will regret every frustrating minute that you have. I have only had problems with them in the year I used them. They are beyond inept and incompetent. You can't even cancel their ****py service, even if you wanted to. It's a non-stop struggle. So my internet services with them is cancelled, yes I have no internet from them anymore, but they refuse to release the Metrofibre line so I can use another, hopefully better, ISP. Yes, they refuse to release the line, and I am not the only one from reading their Twitter feed. Yes, Twitter is the only way to get some kind of response from them. You can't even phone them... STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA PEOPLE.
Webafrica have no idea of customer service. All I can say is, STAY AWAY! You will just get frustrated with their WhatsApp bots and zero actual support. It's even a struggle to cancel your non-existent services with them. They have made it so difficult to cancel and they have trained their staff to follow a tactic to try and keep you as a customer. Please don't fall for it. You will just frustrate yourself and they promise to fix your issue, but they never actually fix anything. It's all empty promises...
Almost 5 months after cancelling our services with Chubb we've noticed that they debited our account on the 19th of the month! They also changed the description slightly of the actual debit order reflected on our statement!

There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that both the unusual date as well as the new description of \NAEDO OPSPR DTORD...CHUBB/ND#...\" are very much intentional! Then again on the 1st of the following month we were debited an amount of R320 and again another amount was debited on the 19th of the same month! We have of course emailed Chubb immediately and received a \"read receipt\" but I will certainly not hold my breath waiting for a response from them! It's not at all surprising that 2 of these amounts are exactly the same as the amounts we reversed last year when they didn't close our account as instructed.

We have been in contact with our bank and have initiated our own \"stop\" on the debit order online but I am convinced that Chubb has found a way around the debit order system! The fact that they put it through on the 19th with a different description makes it more difficult to detect and it's generally not something you expect!! "
